New Portal Features

  • Prior Authorizations: Submit a Service Authorization Request, attach/review relevant documents, and check the status of an authorization in the new portal.
     
  • Claims: Check status of a claim, including remittance advice information, coverage plan, deductibles, and primary and secondary payer information.
     
  • Guided Registration: Directly contracted providers will have the ability to create and manage accounts.
     
  • Comprehensive Patient Information: Access detailed patient information, including plan coverage, claims, and authorizations, all in one place.
     
  • Interactions: Executive contacts and administrative users will be able to submit inquiries via the portal directly to their L.A. Care Provider Network Account Manager.
     
  • Provider Attestation: Providers can self-attest that their information is correct for ownership changes. L.A. Care teams can now track this process digitally rather than manually.
     
  • Expanded Provider Details: More robust information available when searching a provider such as practitioner details, associated offices and credentials.

Need Portal Access?

Users can request access through their organization's Provider Portal Admin. If you are unsure who your Provider Portal Admin is, please contact your immediate supervisor/manager or L.A. Care Provider Network Account Manager.  

If you are a third-party biller or non-contracted provider, access is not available at this time. However, you can find important information to assist you with claims and eligibility information on our Claims page.
