If you are interested in providing acupuncture or chiropractic services to our Medi-Cal members, you may submit a letter of interest to L.A. Care's Provider Network Management Team. If you are interested in providing acupuncture or chiropractic services to other L.A. Care members, please contact ASH's National Provider Line at 1-888-511-2743, option 1 or direct email.

If you are an ancillary service provider wishing to join the L.A. Care network, you may submit a letter of interest to L.A. Care's Provider Network Management team. Ancillary providers include a variety of providers such as durable medical equipment, home health, hospice, and individual doulas/doula organizations.

If you are interested in providing behavioral health services to our members, please contact Carelon Behavioral Health's National Provider Line at 1-800-397-1630. For Medi-Cal members, Severe Behavioral Health services are provided through the Department of Mental Health and Substance Use services are provided through the Department of Public Health.

L.A. Care is currently not accepting letters of interest to join our ABA/BHT/Autism Network.

If you are interested in providing Community Health Worker services to our Medi-Cal members, please submit a letter of interest. Community Health Worker services are delivered by trusted members of the community to help address chronic conditions, preventive health care needs, and health related social needs.

If you wish to join the L.A. Care network as a CB-CME, you may submit a letter of interest to L.A. Care's Provider Network Management team.

If you are a Skilled Nursing Facility service provider wishing to join the L.A. Care network, you may submit a letter of interest to L.A. Care's Provider Network Management team.
