Are you an Activities Coordinator in Pacoima?

This month we spotlight the position of Community Resource Center Activities Coordinator in Pacoima. The Resource Center Activities Coordinator provides the CRC team with administrative support by greeting visitors, maintaining participant and child attendance records, entering notes, receiving phone calls, answering visitor questions, providing basic member services support, documenting incident reports, and other clerical duties with an approachable, friendly, and professional attitude.

This position is responsible for representing L.A. Care and the CRC network mission and vision by providing quality and positive customer experience to health plan members, non-member visitors from the community, and the children that require care while their parents attend health education and fitness classes at the CRC.
