The Provider Continuing Education (PCE) Program is an accredited educational program that consists of Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities for Physicians (MDs, DOs, PAs) and Continuing Education (CE) activities for NPs, RNs, LCSWs, LMFTs, LPCCs and LEPs, and other healthcare professionals. PCE Program's ultimate goals are to share best practices to improve quality of patient care and patient outcomes, as well as partnerships and collaborations with other healthcare organizations.
An ongoing series of webinars which cover a wide range of topics related to quality improvement, including HEDIS, patient satisfaction, data, and improving clinical outcomes. Some sessions provide the opportunity to earn CME or CE credits.
The Cultural Competency and Disability Sensitivity trainings are designed to assist network providers and office staff in delivering patient-centered care to diverse patient populations.
These events offer providers an opportunity to explore the L.A. Care/Blue Shield Promise Community Resource Centers and learn how they can help their patients, while also engaging in informative presentations on a range of quality improvement initiatives and resources.
