G. Michael Roybal is the Director and Medical Director of Edward R. Roybal Comprehensive Health Center in East Los Angeles, California. Dr. Roybal has focused his efforts in health care delivery as it pertains to patients with chronic illness and improving the medical visit through a patient-centered approach where customer service is a critical component of providing overall high-quality medical care. As an L.A. Care Board Member, Dr. Roybal has been heavily involved in assuring that L.A. Care Members receive the quality of care necessary to improve their health and wellbeing, and he is committed to maintaining and growing patient-centered delivery systems as the key components of patient care across the ambulatory care setting.
Roybal has been a member of the L.A. Care Board of Governors for five years.
