L.A. Care is pleased to announce that beginning in Spring 2021, the Provider Opportunity Report (POR), which provides a snapshot of provider performance on key HEDIS measures, will be available monthly.
The new report will feature several enhancements requested by providers. Not only will it be more frequent, the report will also be more timely, with just a one-month lag (reduced from two months).
Additionally, the POR and Gaps in Care (GIC) report – also known as the Member Details report, will now be combined into one report. This new report will be produced in Excel format, allowing for custom data analysis.
