Effective April 1, 2014, L.A. Care will replace its current on-line Community Resources Directory with a link to HealthyCity.org. HealthyCity.org allows you to search a wide range of resources and services such as housing assistance, healthcare, job training and education by zip code, city, school district, census tract, and assembly and senate districts. L.A. Care hopes HealthyCity.org will be a valuable asset to you and your patients.
