1. Be enthusiastic. You are selling yourself AND the product. Dress sharp, be warm and ask about your customer's needs.
2. Choose your words carefully. Avoid using slang terms such as "awesome," "cool," and "for sure." Never answer a sales question with, "To be honest with you." It implies that you were not being honest to start.
