The Healthcare Payments and Revenue Integrity Congress, a summit focused on addressing healthcare waste and ensuring correct payment on claims, invited Chad Roswick, Senior Director of Enterprise Shared Services, to present at its conference this week. The two-day Congress, which brings together key professionals in health care who are responsible for payment and revenue integrity, promises to deliver scalable and flexible solutions to ensure accuracy of claims, nurture payer-provider relationships, and support the transition to value-based payments.
On Wednesday, February 8, Roswick will present a case study on implementing a payment integrity strategy, focusing on his work at L.A. Care. He will discuss how he identified gaps in the health plan’s system and then developed a clear roadmap to improve payment accuracy. Roswick will explain the importance of building a payment integrity culture that starts at the top and where everyone in the organization understands the need for payment accuracy. He will talk about measuring results and share lessons learned throughout the process, including the need to improve communications with providers.
Other presentations at the Congress will focus on subjects like the application of technology to advance payment integrity capabilities and risk sharing.
