PPSRX can deliver your medications to your home. You can order all your prescriptions by mail, phone, or by creating an account online.
PPSRX can ship:
- Maintenance medications (such as blood pressure and cholesterol medications)
- Refrigerated items (such as insulin and other diabetes medications such as Ozempic)
- Diabetic testing supplies (such as lancets and test strips)
- Controlled substances (such as Adderall and Norco)
- Certain controlled substances such as Adderall require a signature at delivery
PPSRX cannot ship:
- Compounded medications
Phone: Call PPSRX at 1-800-552-6694 to request mail order enrollment with a representative. Be prepared to provide your contact information, insurance information, and prescription information.
Online: Visit www.ppsrx.com Select “Create an Account” on the PPSRX website. You will need an email address and create a password. Each member must have their own email address to create an account. Once you have your account, select “Add a Patient.” Click the “Request New Patient” link to set up a patient profile and enter prescription information for yourself or someone you wish to manage. PPSRX will begin processing your order once this request and original prescription(s) have been received.

Yes, PPSRX requires your original prescription(s). If you do not have your original prescriptions, PPSRX can quickly transfer prescriptions from another pharmacy on your behalf. Or your doctor may send in a prescription for you. PPSRX will contact your doctor upon your request. Be sure to have your doctor’s full name and office address.
You can mail in your prescriptions or have your doctor call, electronically prescribe, mail, or fax your prescriptions to PPSRX. If you have a Postal Prescriptions account, you can also select “Add a Prescription” from the left navigation menu and follow the on-screen steps.

PPSRX currently offers free standard shipping to your home or workplace.
PPSRX can hold your prescriptions. Please contact PPSRX before processing to place your prescription on hold.
Please tell your doctor to write complete directions for use. PPSRX cannot dispense an order without valid instructions; “use as directed” will not be accepted. Prescriptions may be faxed to Postal Prescription Services located in Portland, OR.
Please make sure your prescription has refills and is written for up to a 90-day supply.
An order can be canceled during processing, but cannot be canceled during delivery.
All medication order statuses can be tracked via www.ppsrx.com under “Prescription History.” No orders can be returned after delivery.
PPSRX’s goal is to have your order in your hands 7-10 days after receiving the prescription. If you do not receive your order in 10 days, check your order tracking number for delivery status or contact PPSRX at 1-800-552-6694.
Please contact PPSRX to assist you with your order as there are several options available to you:
- PPSRX may be able to transfer your prescription to another local pharmacy to be filled right away.
- You can also ask your doctor for two prescriptions:
- One for a short supply of your maintenance medication that your local retail pharmacy can fill right away.
- A second prescription for a 90-day supply to be sent to PPSRX.
- You can request expedited shipping for a small fee.
Phone: Call 1-800-552-6694 to refill your medications. PPSRX's customer service line is available Monday through Friday 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Be sure to have your prescription number available to give to the pharmacy staff. You can also sign up for refill text reminders to request refills by clicking a link sent to your phone.
Online: Log into your Postal Prescription account and navigate to your Dashboard. Then select “Refills”. Add your selections to the cart. Prescriptions that have no remaining refills or are too soon to refill will not have the “Add to Cart” option available.
PPSRX accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, personal checks, and money orders. If paying by check or money order, Postal Prescriptions must receive payment prior to shipping.
