What positions are open at L.A. Care?

Opportunities are available for both management and non-management positions in the areas of Nursing, Legal, Customer Service, Operations, Marketing and more. You can view all our open positions.

How many positions can I apply for?

You can apply for any position for which you meet the minimum experience and education requirement. There is no limit. You can view all open positions and review the minimum requirements positions that appeal to you and for which you are eligible.

How can I see the salary of a position I am applying for?

The salaries for L.A. Care positions display a Pay Grade and are determined by previous work history and level of experience. When you submit your application for a position, you are able to provide your salary requirement for any position for which you meet the minimum experience and education requirement. Can you tell me more about the day-to-day responsibilities of the positions?

Each of our roles vary based on the position. Once you apply for a position, a Talent Acquisition Advisor will review your resume and validate you meet the minimum requirements eligible to be considered for the position.

Are there opportunities for training and progression within the role/company?

The L.A. Care Learning Experience Department facilitates a host of learning and training opportunities for employees within the organization. We offer Tuition Reimbursement that will allow our employees to further their education. There are also CME, CEU, and CE credit opportunities for our licensed professionals.  

What benefits does L.A. Care offer full time employees and when are they effective?

We offer medical, dental, vision, EAP, life and disability insurance, as well as various voluntary benefits effective the first of the month following the month of your employment. We have 11 paid holidays, Paid Time Off (PTO) benefits and a Tuition Reimbursement program. In addition, we offer a 457(b) deferred compensation retirement plan. After a year of service, eligible employees begin to receive an employer match toward retirement, as well as an additional employer contribution. Management employees are able to contribute toward an additional retirement plan.

L.A. Care has served Los Angeles County since 1997 and recently celebrated our 25th Anniversary.  L.A. Care is doing amazing things and we look forward to continuing our service to our members for many years to come.
