L.A. Care Health Plan, the nation's largest publicly-operated health plan, is proud to announce that it is sponsoring the 2019 L.A. Pride Festival and Parade on June 8 and 9. This is the third time L.A. Care has sponsored the L.A. Pride festivities.
L.A. Care is a diverse and welcoming workplace that prioritizes health care quality, access and inclusion. About 140 L.A. Care employees and their guests will be on hand to march in the parade and work the informational booth.
Experts will be at the booth to provide free information on affordable insurance products for the entire family. L.A. Care health navigators will also be able to answer questions from L.A. Care members at the festival.
This year, there is an exciting addition to the festivities. For the first time, the L.A. Pride Parade will be broadcast live. L.A. Care is sponsoring the ABC7 broadcast.
We invite everyone to tune in to Channel 7 on Sunday, June 9 at 11 am to help us celebrate the strength that diversity and acceptance bring to Los Angeles.
