Caregiver Resources

The first rule of taking care of others: take care of yourself first.

While we know caring for your aging parent, adult child with a disability or other family member is a rewarding experience, we also know it's physically and emotionally demanding and draining. We know you find yourself stressed out, worried and with little time to rest and recharge. Our hope for you is that, occasionally, you'll be able to find some time to do something you love, just for YOU, even if it's only for an hour.

Here you'll find resources to help you in your caregiver role. L.A. Care Health Plan is always here for you, and we thank you for giving your best so that our members can be their best.
