Providing Quality Care for Homecare Workers

L.A. Care offers the PASC-SEIU Homecare Workers Health Care Plan, also known as the PASC-SEIU Plan. This plan is tailored for Homecare workers, offering quality coverage and excellent benefits for those who qualify.

The Personal Assistance Services Council (PASC), as the employer of record, determines eligibility for PASC-SEIU Plan. PASC-SEIU Homecare Workers are hired through the In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) Program to provide services to low-income elderly, blind or disabled individuals. In order to be eligible to participate in L.A. Care’s PASC-SEIU Plan, you must meet all of the employer's eligibility requirements.

For more information about enrollment, please call PASC at 1-855-PASC-PLN (1-855-727-2756), or send them an email.
