Chief Financial Officer

Marie Montgomery has served as Chief Financial Officer for L.A. Care Health Plan since April 2016. In this role, Ms. Montgomery is responsible for all accounting, actuarial, financial reporting, financial planning, and related activities.

In her previous role with Health Net, Ms. Montgomery served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller. She was responsible for all accounting, financial reporting, strategic and financial planning and related activities.

Ms. Montgomery joined Health Net in 2008 from Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Inc. in Wellesley, MA where she served as SVP, Controller and Treasurer. Over the years, she has held management positions with not for profit and for profit health plans. Ms. Montgomery began her career at Deloitte, New York in 1986 serving healthcare and insurance clients.

Ms. Montgomery has a BA in Accounting and Economics from Queens College in New York and is a licensed CPA. Marie is a member of the AICPA and the NYSSCPA.>
