Layla Gonzalez, RCAC 11, Community Outreach Coordinator, Personal Assistance Services Council
Layla Gonzalez has worked for the Personal Assistance Services Council (PASC) for 13 years helping seniors and persons with disabilities, and in particular, those with varying degrees of low-income status. Currently, her main focus is to recruit more homecare providers to ensure those who need care receive it. Gonzalez also troubleshoots and submits claims to the In-Home Supportive Services offices in order to assist both consumers and homecare workers with their payroll issues. She is a member of RCAC 11 and is excited to continue serving her fellow L.A. Care members in a new capacity.
