L.A. Care presents the “Three Easy Tips to Improve Patient Adherence in Diverse Populations” webinar on Thursday, June 7, 2012 from 12:00pm–1:00pm.

During the webinar, participants will learn how cultural biases can affect health care delivery and how to increase culturally appropriate care scores on patient satisfaction surveys. This is an excellent training opportunity for MDs, NPs, PA-Cs, and RNs.
