Soon L.A. Care will be giving you a call about the DMHC-required annual Access and Availability Survey. Your responses will factor into your P4P award.

Please make sure you or your staff answer the call and reply to the questions. If we miss you and you get a voicemail from us, please call us back right away. There will be an online option as well.

Your office will also be called after business hours to check compliance for after-hours availability.

In addition, fall marks the launch of the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems Clinician & Group Survey (CG-CAHPS). This patient satisfaction survey is now conducted annually so that you can get timely feedback.
