Did you know there is a new number members can call when they are experiencing a mental health emergency? As of Saturday July 16, individuals having a mental health crisis are now able to dial 988 and get linked to a network of trained counseling professionals.
If a member requires ongoing mental health services, you can still connect them to Beacon Health Options at 877.344.2858 where they will be connected to a live person for referrals to a therapist or psychiatrist.
