Los Angeles — The 2015 Southern California State of Reform Health Policy Conference – held November 6 in Los Angeles – convened a diverse group of senior health care executives and policy makers to discuss the most pressing issues facing Southern California’s health care system. As part of an executive keynote panel, L.A. Care Health Plan CEO John Baackes discussed challenges in communicating across silos in today’s health care industry.
