L.A. Care CEO Howard A. Kahn Featured in Los Angeles Times Article on Health Care Reform

Howard A. Kahn, CEO of L.A. Care Health Plan, was featured today in a Los Angeles Times article by columnist James Rainey on his reaction to President Obama’s speech on health care reform.

In the article, Kahn puts forth the idea of a state or regional public plan option with local control, rather than a monolithic, national public plan. These regional public plans could be public, not-for-profits or cooperatives.
